There are many health benefits of milk
1. Milk has the ability to prevent osteoporosis, hyper tension and colon cancer.
2. Milk is helpful for growing and development of bones.
3. Milk is the provider of calcium, phosphorus and magnesium and protein that are essential for good health.
4. Milk is helpful for the maintenance of healthy teeth
5. Milk is helpful for hydration but it provides helpful nutrients.

Hey Graham thanks for sharing such a useful information. Milk is healthy thing for body and we should drink it regularly. it makes our bones and muscles healthy. Milk is good for energy. it is good for skin also. Anyway good post Graham. Keep posting.

Milk is Good for vitamin D deficiency . Drinking milk is Good Healthy Bounes . ITs Good to cuting fats from our body . Milk is really required for living healthy life .

They helps in growth and making bones strong,
They prevent from diabetes,
They helps in developing and maintaining healthy teeth,
They prevent from certain types of cancer,

Milk is good for many reasons. Milk has many benefits. Milk is good for bones and muscles. Milk is good for skin also. It is good to drink milk regularly.

It is said and recommended by medical science that Milk is a complete diet.If you can not take other diet properly then just take half liter of pure milk on daily basis.Its enough for the human body's requirement.
